Terms Acknowledgement
By selecting the above check box, the Customer agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
**1. Acknowledgment of Responsibility:**
1.1 By selecting the box indicating agreement with this Acknowledgment, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for all installation activities related to the Products and any damage to personal property or individuals resulting from the installation or use of the Products.
1.2 The Customer understands and acknowledges that the Seller will not be performing any installation services related to the Products.
**2. Release and Indemnification:**
2.1 The Customer hereby releases and indemnifies the Seller from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the installation or use of the Products, including but not limited to damage to personal property and personal injuries.
**3. Governing Law:**
3.1 This Acknowledgment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Newberg, Oregon without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
**4. Entire Agreement:**
4.1 This Acknowledgment contains the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
