Refund policy

Returns and refunds are allowed up to 30 days after purchase if the product is used but determined to be defective, or the product is still new but no longer wanted. Kratos Fly Fitness will work to repair or send replacement parts at Kratos Fly Fitness's expense when machines are deemed to be defective in lue of returning the equipment. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipment of items in the original packaging regardless of the reason for return. If the original packaging is no longer available Kratos Fly fitness can sehip new packaging for return at the customers expense.
